Prepare for the birth of your baby mentally, physically and emotionally with the The Birth Prep Sessions. Together we walk through al the important aspects of childbirth to prepare you as best as we can for the birth of your baby on a physical, mental and emotional level. Among other things you learn about breathing techniques and the choices you have around your birth. You will write your birth wishes and learn how to build and foster the connection with your baby. In these personal (online) meetings there is room for all your questions, doubts and fears. A solid and complete preparation, so you will give birth with confidence and joy.
