PREGNANT DIALOGUES

NOUR organises Pregnancy Dialogues groups for all women going through one of life’s biggest and most important transitions and long for more depth and connection with themselves, their baby and other women.

What the circle offers

•  6 sessions of 2 hours each in a small group
• Quality time with yourself and your baby
• Open conversations en in-depth reflections on the themes:

• A safe place to share what’s on your heart and mind and hear how other women experience their pregnacy
• Nourishing the natural connection you have with your baby (bonding)
• Relaxation(exercises)
  
  

Each circle has room for 6 women. A new circle starts when there is a minimum of 4 women joining. So if you have friends you would like to form a circle with, email us so we can see what is possible.

Practical information

Cost: 149 euro incl. tea & sweets for six times
To join you can sent an email to hello@nourbirth.nl or purchase a ticket in our webshop.

We will set the dates of the group sessions together to make sure everybody can make it. The circle is held in Wageningen - but if you are from Ede, Bennekom, Renkum, Arnhem or any other place you are very welcome to join too!
